Customer Pick Up - We charge a $40 warehouse prep fee for all equipment which is picked up from our warehouse in Brooklyn. This is a PER ORDER and NOT A PER ITEM charge.

The Nord Electro 4 SW73 from Nord is 73-key organ/piano keyboard featuring the B3 tone wheel organ engine from the company's flagship organ, the Nord C2D. The Semi-Weighted Waterfall (SW) key-bed uses semi-weighted organ type keys with a rounded "waterfall" tip, useful for rapid organ and synthesizer runs, but also suitable for piano sounds. The instrument includes a redesigned key click simulation as well as the rotary speaker simulation of a vintage 122 unit with a new overdrive. The percussion model has been improved to offer increased control over the percussion levels when playing near-legato.

The Farfisa and Vox models, as well as the B3, simulate the behavior and unique response of the original instruments. The Farfisa Compact Deluxe involves routing matrixes and complex filter combinations that offer a tailored sound with massive energy and high-end. The Vox Continental's design brings a more hollow tone, but with an intense character. Both these transistor organs have their own unique personalities and can be combined with any of the amplifier simulations, distortion, and EQ, for a wide variety of tones. And for actively shaping the sound on the fly, the unit features nine digital LED drawbars.

The organ can be split for compact dual manual action, and it's even possible to assign the lower manual to a second MIDI keyboard. Inputs for a swell pedal and rotary speaker control are also available. The instrument also comes loaded with a selection of sampled sounds from the Nord Piano Library featuring grand, upright and electrical pianos, clavinet and harpsichords. The entire library is provided on the included DVDs and new additions can be downloaded free on the Nord Piano Library page. Replacing the sounds is simply a matter of dragging and dropping files in the Nord Sound Manager software for Mac and Windows.
